While I grew up with regular experience in heavy machinery and airplanes, my love affair with cars didn't begin until high school - when I "borrowed" my father's '64 Studebaker Avanti while he was out of town. Since then I have had an active interest in automotive design and customization.

I have entered the MotorTrend annual design contest, winning 1st place in the amateur contest in it's first year and placing "honorable mention" in subsequent years despite not using 3d modeling software.

In 2005 I began offering my services to BMS, a SoCal BMW tuner and race car fabricator, and later became their official Creative Director until the company's dissolution in 2009. Now I freelance livery design and am still active in the SoCal BMW tuning community though my own projects and other shops.
